Braemar Estates is the specialist property management division of Brooks Macdonald Group plc. We manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 3,400 UK residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. These properties include some of the country’s highest profile developments with a combined value of £780 million. In addition, we provide a full management and advisory service to the property funds operated by Brooks Macdonald Funds and other institutional investors.

Our clients include developers of new build multi-storey mixed-use properties and management companies of existing residential blocks. We also offer a full lettings and management service for rented property with a bespoke ‘portfolio management’ service available for corporate clients holding blocks of residential accommodation.
