Neil Roberts BSc FRICS Managing Director neil.roberts@braemar-estates.com Neil is Managing Director of Braemar Estates. Previously, Neil worked on secondment to Manchester Airport handling asset management assignments for Manchester Airport Group and Manchester City Council. In 1987, Neil joined Knight Frank's Hong Kong office and handled the office leasing agency on the newly completed 70 storey Bank of China Tower. Neil subsequently joined the First Pacific Group and played a key role in their business expansion into Thailand. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986.
Jonathan Murphy Director jonathan.murphy@brooksmacdonald.com Jonathan was previously Strategy Manager for Spirit Group, the largest managed pub group in the UK. Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996, before leading teams in Bangkok in 1999, providing strategic advice to stakeholders on restructuring of under-performing companies. Jonathan is also an MBA graduate from the leading European business school, IESE, which is based in Barcelona.
James Agar Development Director james.agar@braemar-estates.com James is Development Director of Braemar Estates and co-ordinates the property acquisition process on behalf of the group’s investment funds. He also leads the business development activities for Braemar Estates and manages the large scale corporate and institutional relationships within the property management businesses. James has extensive experience in both property investment and development finance, most recently at Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander and Co-operative Bank.
Debbie Yarrow Head of Finance debbie.yarrow@braemar-estates.com Debbie is the Head of Finance and is responsible for a team of nine accounting professionals who provide the accounting and reporting functions for Braemar Estates. Debbie was previously financial controller for Braemar Group plc and has worked for Braemar Estates for over six years. She is ARLA and IRPM qualified.
