Braemar Estates embarks on expansion plan

Braemar Estates, the property asset management division of Brooks Macdonald Group plc, today announces the extension of its business activities in the Yorkshire region through the hire of Henry Powell-Jones as new Business Development Manager.

Henry, who specialises in residential property, will be based at the Scotfield developed Gateway scheme, located on East Street, in central Leeds. The Gateway is Braemar's first significant scheme under management in the city. In the role, he will be tasked with developing and growing the business' existing block and portfolio management services in the region. Henry will also raise the profile of Braemar Estates across the region in line with the company's ongoing strategy for growth.
