Braemar Estates launches new-look website

Hale-based property manager, Braemar Estates, has today launched its new-look website (www.braemar-estates.com) aimed at increasing customer communication and streamlining operations via an online payments portal.

The website has been re-designed and re-launched in line with the corporate styling of Braemar’s parent, Brooks Macdonald Group plc.

Braemar Estates has also established a social media infrastructure, designed by Echo PR, which also goes ‘live’ with the website today.  

Neil Roberts, Managing Director of Braemar Estates comments: “The new social media platforms and updated website allow us to improve the speed and flow of information between building managers, apartment owners and residents. The Facebook groups for our larger properties also provide a focal point for residents to share communal news, views and ideas amongst themselves”.

A central feature of the new website is ‘Braemar Online’ which provides a secure online area for apartment owners to access essential building information and pay service charge and insurance bills online.

Neil Roberts continues: “The Braemar Online system is particularly useful in providing clear, up-to-the-minute information for non-resident apartment owners and those who are based overseas. We are encouraging owners to use the new system with a competition to win an iPad 2 early next year.”
