Robert Dean AssocRICS MIRPM Commercial Manager robert.dean@braemar-estates.com Robert is Commercial Manager for Braemar Estates. He is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and one of the first six national residential property managers to gain AssocRICS status. He has over six years of experience in the residential property management sector. Robert has over 25 years’ experience in the property and construction sector working for national organisations, and was one of three principals in the management buy-out of the Salford-based Fearnley Construction Group in 1997. He was Divisional Manager for the professional services business of John Mowlem plc and prior to that he worked for Henry Boot plc. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc in Building.
Lyn Windeler MSc MRICS Senior Surveyor lyn.windeler@braemar-estates.com Lyn, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, is Senior Surveyor for Braemar Estates. Lyn joined Braemar from CB Richard Ellis to continue managing Beetham Tower Manchester (incorporating the Hilton Manchester Deansgate Hotel) and West Tower, Liverpool, two of Braemar's flagship mixed-use properties. She has many years’ experience in the day-to-day management of a range of property types and geographical locations including the acquisition and disposal of property assets, rent reviews, letting and lease renewal negotiations. She has previously managed properties for clients including Northwest Development Agency, Standard Life, Development Securities and ING.
Barbara Short AIRPM Senior Property Manager barbara.short@braemar-estates.com Barbara is Senior Property Manager for Braemar Estates responsible for a varied portfolio of residential property throughout the North West. Barbara has 30 years’ experience in property, working with national house builders and private landlords, including nine years in Residential Block Management.
Ian Eaton BA AIRPM Senior Property Manager ian.eaton@braemar-estates.com Ian is Senior Property Manager for Braemar Estates with responsibility for a sizeable portfolio across a wide range of developments throughout the UK. Ian joined Braemar from a large property asset manager, where he headed up the Estates Department, managing large mixed-use developments across the UK. Ian has over six years’ experience at delivering niche communal estate management to a wide ranging property portfolio. He graduated from The College of Estate Management in 2008 where he successfully gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying and is currently working towards RICS accreditation and membership.
Jessica Singh BA AIRPM Property Manager jessica.singh@braemar-estates.com Jessica is Property Manager for Braemar Estates, managing a portfolio of properties throughout Manchester and assisting with the facilities management at Beetham Tower. Previously, Jessica worked as Property Manager for a private property investment and management company in Manchester, managing 250 residential units across 10 sites and 50 commercial units. She graduated from the University of Manchester in 2007 and is currently an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (AIRPM).
Toyin Achuzia AIRPM Property Manager toyin.achuzia@braemar-estates.com Toyin is Property Manager for Braemar Estates with responsibility for Braemar's expanding portfolio of residential block management instructions in the Midlands and the North West. Prior to joining Braemar, Toyin worked as Estate Manager for a Manchester-based property asset management company, with a property portfolio consisting of urban villages, residential and mixed-used developments. Toyin has completed a HNC in Construction and Property at the University of Salford and is currently studying a RICS accredited degree, BSc in Estate Management, at The College of Estate Management at the University of Reading.
John Coddington AIRPM Property Manager john.coddington@braemar-estates.com John is Property Manager for Braemar Estates, managing a portfolio of properties throughout the UK. Previously, John worked for a property investment firm in Manchester city centre managing a portfolio of over 200 individual residential units across the North West. John has over 5 years’ experience in the property industry covering residential sales, lettings and property management. He is currently studying a RICS accredited BSc degree in Property Management & Investment at the University of Salford.
Henry Powell-Jones MA (Hons) New Business Development Manager henry.powell-jones@braemar-estates.com Henry is New Business Development Manager for Braemar Estates. Following graduation from Edinburgh University Henry served as an Infantry Officer in the British Army for seven years undertaking various operational and training roles both in the UK and overseas, including Iraq, Sierra Leone and Northern Ireland. Henry left the Army in 2007 as a Captain to become Head of Property for Bold Spirit Limited, a niche property investment agency, acting on behalf of retained private clients in brokering the purchase of residential property assets and co-ordinating their subsequent management. Henry joined Braemar Estates in 2011 and is currently undertaking an Msc in Real Estate and Property Management, he is fluent in Arabic and French.
